Place the unworn clothing back in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still securely attached.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
